Terms of Service

By accessing or using any services provided by Adnexus Private Limited ("Adnexus," "we," "us," or "our"), including ProRewards, CashSurveys, DemandPro, QuizWall, and RealOpinion (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the Services.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Adnexus operates a suite of products across the AdTech and App Economy ecosystem. ProRewards and CashSurveys allow users to earn rewards through app installs, surveys, and engagement activities. DemandPro provides advertising technology for brands and agencies. QuizWall and RealOpinion offer monetization tools for app publishers.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

Users who participate in eligible activities on ProRewards and CashSurveys may earn rewards as described on the respective platforms. Reward amounts, availability, and redemption methods are determined by Adnexus and may change at any time.

Rewards are non-transferable and may not be sold, bartered, or exchanged except through our official redemption channels (UPI transfers, gift cards, and other methods as offered). We reserve the right to withhold or revoke rewards in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

Minimum payout thresholds may apply. Payment processing times vary by method and may take up to 7 business days.

You agree not to: use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with our Services; create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes; manipulate or abuse reward mechanisms; engage in click fraud or install fraud; impersonate another person or entity; interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our Services; or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of earned rewards, and potential legal action.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Adnexus and its brands (ProRewards, CashSurveys, DemandPro, QuizWall, RealOpinion) are owned by Adnexus Private Limited.

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent. User-generated content submitted through our platforms remains yours, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with our Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adnexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our Services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the total amount of rewards earned by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Any pending rewards below the minimum payout threshold will be forfeited. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
